6 MONTH PRODUCT WARRANTY
KontraBand Headphones Pty Ltd products are warranted for six months from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The product will be repaired or replaced, if, at KontraBand Headphones Pty Ltd's sole discretion, it is found to be faulty within the warranty period.
This warranty applies to products sold and distributed by KontraBand Headphones Pty Ltd and must be accompanied by an official receipt of purchase from www.kontraband.com.au.
This warranty only applies if the product has been used in accordance with our instructions with reasonable care subject to all terms and conditions set out in this document.
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not apply to any subsequent purchaser/end user. Failure to produce proof of purchase (from www.kontraband.com.au) invalidates the warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damages resulting from misuse of the product, including but not limited to; spills or stains, over stretched fabric, water damage, other damage to speakers, etc.
- Damage to the charging port
- Postage costs
- Expected wear and tear;
To make a warranty claim, the product/s must be sent to KontraBand Headphones Pty Ltd for assessment. A replacement will not be sent until the product has been assessed. Once assessed, KontraBand Headphones Pty Ltd may replace at their discretion or return the product should the fault be deemed to not be covered under this warranty. The return and original postage fees will be at the cost of the purchaser.
All items must be returned in accordance with the below procedure or the application will not be accepted:
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org and include a description of the fault including any images where possible.
If directed by KontraBand, pack and return the item in the original packaging using the prepaid label that will be emailed to you.
